Abstract

Жизнестойкость рассматривается в статье как свободная характеристика факторов, влияющих на выживание и процветание, как конкурентный иммунитет компании. Если судить исходя из критериев долгожительства, самыми жизнестойкими являются семейные компании, многие из которых существуют веками. Актуальным представляется обращение к опыту семейного бизнеса в России, на основании которого выделены компоненты жизнестойкости компании.
