Abstract

Осуществлена авторская факторизация совершенствования специального образования. Подчеркивается значимость адекватного использования процессов глобализации и информатизации в его развитии, а также повышения уровня всех видов здоровья субъектов (физического, психического, психологического, социального). Акцентируется внимание на актуальности инклюзивного образования и первостепенности повышения качества психического развития школьников трех групп: с ограниченными возможностями здоровья, нормально развивающихся и со сверхнормативным развитием.
