Abstract

В статье раскрывается необходимость соединения государственного и частного капитала в организационных формах по типу концессий. Так же рассматриваются основные модели соединения государственного и частного капитала, их особенности, и возможности использования в условиях современной смешанной экономики. Для понимания сущности современной системы экономики определяются основные функции государства при соединении государственного и частного капитала и выражаются основные аспекты трансформации этих функций.
