Финансовые Аспекты Переподготовки Увольняемых Военнослужащих, Проходящих Военную Службу По Контракту

Abstract

В современных условиях военные учебные учреждения должны определять стоимость своих образовательных услуг, в частности переподготовки увольняемых военнослужащих, которые финансируются на бюджетной основе, т. е. требуют тщательного обоснования при бюджетном планировании, вместе с тем, являются частью финансов образовательного учреждения. Для гражданских учебных заведений разработано большое количество методик расчета. Однако они не могут быть применены в военно-образовательной сфере. В статье проанализирована динамика развития финансирования системы переподготовки увольняемых военнослужащих и современные методики расчета стоимости услуг в этой сфере.
