Abstract

Решается исследовательская задача соотнесения политики в сфере образования с целями экономического развития России. На обширном статистическом материале показаны депрофессионализация образовательного процесса, отрыв его от конкретных запросов рыночной экономики. Выявлены узловые проблемы системы современного образования в России. Представлены сопоставительные материалы о развитии систем образования зарубежных стран. Авторы предлагают принципиально новый подход рассмотрения образования в качестве одной из ступеней управляемого экономического процесса, фактора и ресурса экономического развития. Практический результат исследования выдвижение пакета государственно-управленческих мер, включающего нормативно-правовые акты.
