Abstract

В статье рассматриваются особенности проявления теории образовательных сигналов на костромском рынке труда. Раскрываются основные положения теории и анализируют взаимодействие костромского рынка образовательных услуг и рынка труда выпускников вузов. Исследуются такие проблемы, как чрезмерный спрос на высшее образование потребителей, усиливающих риски выпускников при трудоустройстве и др.
