Abstract

В статье описана роль социальной политики в развитии экономики, показаны проблемы современной социальной сферы экономики. Обосновано усиление позиции регионов в реализации социальной политики, выявлена специфика регионального управления территориальными хозяйственными системами. Определены основные тенденции динамики российской региональной социальной политики.
