Abstract

В статье исследуется сущность и основные характеристики рынка образовательных услуг. Авторы выделили необходимые и основные методологические базы для оценки и развития импорта и экспорта образовательных услуг в Азербайджане. В статье анализируются основные факторы, воздействующие на кокурентоспособность рынка образовательных услуг, а также необходимые законодательные акты для развития рынка образовательных услуг в Азербайджане.
