Человеческий И Образовательный Капитал Преподавателей Вузов

Abstract

В статье представлены результаты эмпирического исследования, проведенного в 2004 г. На базе анализа полученных данных формируется портрет практической профессиональной деятельности преподавателей вузов, исследуется их мотивация и ролевые образцы, которые выступают в качестве конвенциональной нормы, сложившейся в среде преподавателей вузов. Также изучается внешние условия преподавательской деятельности. В результате проведенного исследования удалось выявить и подтвердить как некоторые негативные, так и позитивные тенденции в профессиональной деятельности преподавателей, а также наметить возможные пути решения обнаруженных проблем, дополняющие уже осуществляемые реформы в сфере высшего образования.
