Воспроизводство Рабочей Силы В Современной Экономики

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются концептуальные подходы различных школ и направлений по проблеме воспроизводства рабочей силы. Также обсуждается механизм создания стоимости рабочей силы. Автор подчёркивает роль таких важнейших фаз воспроизводства как производство рабочей силы и её потребление. Автором сделано предположение о существовании двойственности в формировании стоимости рабочей силы. Процесс производства рабочей силы на внутреннем рынке исследуется в сравнении с современной стадией развития других стран. Демографическая ситуация, изменения экономической активности в структуре населения, изменения половозрастного состава, появление безработицы, существующий уровень образования и состояние фундаментальной науки оказывают влияние на данный процесс.
