Abstract

Актуальность проблемы рассматриваемой в статье обуславливается необходимостью совершенствования технологии инвестиционного риск-менеджмента, в условиях нестабильных рынков недвижимости с учетом требований к адаптации существующих финансовых моделей к реалиям посткризисной экономики.
