Abstract

Статья посвящена актуальным вопросам оценки внутреннего потенциала предприятия. В ней дано определение внутренней среды, обоснован структурный подход к ее интерпретации, предложен алгоритм оценки и анализа. Также в статье рассмотрена система маркетингового инструментария для оценки и анализа внутренней среды предприятия; даны характеристика и обоснование практического применения метода 7S McKinsey.Article is devoted to evaluation of the internal potential of the enterprise. It defines the internal environment, justified a structured approach to its interpretation, proposed an algorithm for its evaluation and analysis. The article also reviewed the system of marketing tools for the evaluation and analysis of the internal environment of the company, are characteristic and practical justification for using a valuation technique 7S McKinsey.
