Abstract

В статье рассматриваются вопросы эффективного управления производственными запасами организации с целью снижения текущих затрат на их хранение, высвобождения финансовых средств для реинвестирования их в другие активы. Для оптимизации величины производственных запасов в статье предложен алгоритм совмещенного АВС-XYZ анализа, позволяющий идентифицировать и детализировать объект анализа при исследовании широкой номенклатуры производственных запасов с целью установления приоритетных групп.The article examines the effective management of industrial stocks of an organization to reduce the current costs their storage and to release of funds for reinvestment them in other assets. To optimize the value of industrial stocks the article introduces a combined algorithm of ABC-XYZ -analysis that allows identifying and specifying an object of analysis to study of a wide range of inventory for the purpose of establishing priority groups.
