Abstract

В статье представлены подходы к формированию системы показателей-индикаторов для оценки эффективности использования персонала в организациях. Выделены два направления оценки эффективности использования персонала (организационная и результативная эффективность), дана методология расчета показателей-индикаторов и характеристика наиболее оригинальных их них.
