Abstract

Авторами статьи раскрыта сущность системы подрядных отношений в лесном комплексе, рассмотрены основные направления ее совершенствования. Выявлено, что для устойчивого развития требуется повышение эффективности проведения мониторинга использования машин и оборудования, применение рациональных форм аренды, государственное регулирование хозяйственной деятельности, основанное на социально-экологических приоритетах. В рамках складывающейся системы подрядных отношений даны предложения по расширению круга инвесторов в лесной комплекс.The authors describe the essence of contractual forest complex relations, the main directions of improvement. Increase the effectiveness of monitoring of machines and equipment and application of rational forms of rent, improvement of government regulation with regard to social and ecologic priorities is required for its effective development.
