Анализ Рисков, Возникающих При Совершении Банковских Операций Кредитного Характера, Обеспеченных Залогом Недвижимого Имущества

Abstract

В данной статье выполнен анализ рисков обеспечения (залоговых рисков), присущих недвижимому имуществу. Определены основные направления работы с залогом недвижимого имущества, которые позволят снизить риски обеспечения. Проведенный анализ залоговых рисков показывает, каким образом можно повысить качество обеспечения.In this article analyzed collateral risks which are inherent to real estate. Main directions of work with real estate collateral are determined, which reduce risks of collateral. Analysis of collateral risks shows how to improve the quality of collateral.
