Abstract

В статье сформулирована главная концептуальная линия формирования новой зеленой экономики на базе особо охраняемых природных территорий. Обоснована актуальность устойчивого развития Беловежского экологического региона (БЭР) на принципах зеленой экономики. Изложены основные положения концепции устойчивого развития БЭР, а также актуальные проблемы и задачи по разработке эколого-экономической политики инновационного развития Беловежского регионаThe article defines the conceptual framework of shaping the new green economy basing upon the protected areas. Grounded is the topicality of the sustainable development of the Bielaviezha Ecological Region (BER) founding on the principles of the green economy. The article provides the main points of the concept of BER sustainable development as well as topical issues and objectives considering the elaboration of the ecological and economic policy of the innovative development of the Bielaviezha region
