Оценка Эффективности Использования Трудового Потенциала

Abstract

В статье представлены результаты исследования по определению системы индикаторов для оценки эффективности использования трудового потенциала работников. Данная система индикаторов включает интегральный показатель оценки эффективности, характеризующий соотношение затрат нанимателей и результата трудовой деятельности работающих, а также частные показатели, отражающие социально-экономические условия, в которых реализуется трудовой потенциалThe article presents the results of research aimed at determination of the system of indicators which allows for evaluation of the effectiveness of the use of labor potential of employees. The system includes an integral indicator of evaluating the effectiveness of employees’ labor potential, characterizing the ratio of labor costs and results of employees’ work, as well as some indicators, reflecting the conditions in which the employees’ labor potential is realized.
