Abstract

Целью исследования является разработка методологических основ и методики определения размера лесной дифференциальной ренты с учетом спроса и предложения на конечную лесопродукцию, построение механизма изъятия лесной ренты в системе устойчивого лесопользования. В статье приводятся: концептуальные основы определения лесной дифференциальной ренты (которые исходят из теории ренты, методологических принципов, остаточного метода определения лесных такс); методика расчета лесной дифференциальной ренты по схеме цены спроса (определение таксовой стоимости древесины) и по схеме цены предложения (определение базовой величины таксы); механизм изъятия лесной дифференциальной ренты в условиях переходной экономики Беларуси, способствующий обеспечению финансовой самостоятельности лесохозяйственных учреждений страны.
