Abstract

В статье проведено системное исследование совместных предприятий как одной из основных форм привлечения зарубежного капитала в экономику РБ, также проанализирована географическая, региональная и отраслевая структура распределения зарубежного капитала совместных предприятий. Реализация на практике результатов исследований наиболее привлекательных для инвесторов отраслей, размера предприятий с иностранными инвестициями, распределения их уставного капитала по странам-участникам и регионам республики направлена на создание благоприятных условий для привлечения прямых иностранных инвестиций в экономику Беларуси, ее экономический рост и активизацию вовлечения республики в систему мирохозяйственных связей.
