Abstract

В данной статье авторами выполнена сравнительная размерно-качественная характеристика отходов цехов деревообработки и потоков раскряжевки сырья. Определен потенциальный объем отходов лесопиления и деревообработки для производства древесных пеллет и брикетов. Разработаны прогрессивные технологии производства прессованного древесного топлива. Сформированы перспективные системы машин и оборудования исходя из сравнительного анализа отечественных и зарубежных аналогов техники и оборудования для производства древесных пеллет и брикетов из отходов лесопиления и деревообработки на основе расчета сменной и годовой производительности. Даны практические рекомендации по производству древесных топливных гранул и брикетов.
