Abstract

Проведен анализ особенностей развития эколого-экономических систем различных уровней, раскрыты направления взаимовлияния экологической и экономической подсистем. Обоснована необходимость управления развитием эколого-экономических систем, сформирована структура механизма управления, разработаны цели развития систем различных уровней. В работе представлены основные инструменты управления в рамках административно-правовых, экономических и социально-психологических методов. Приведены основные формальные соотношения имитационной экономико-математической модели анализа и прогнозирование развития эколого-экономической системы, позволяющей определять значения внутренних и внешних факторов, обеспечивающие достижение целей управления.
