Abstract

Процесс трансформации человека экономического в человека экологического есть результат действия социального механизма, основанного на мотивациях разрешения эколого-экономических противоречий. Данный механизм, с помощью которого гуманизируется поведение человека, обусловливает необходимость формирования и реализации эколого-экономической политики государства на основе ценностных отношений устойчивого природопользования. В данной статье рассматривается природа одного из структурных элементов эколого-экономической политики экологической ренты как формы присвоения дохода, возникающего в результате использования высокого качества природной среды, ее уникальных объектов, а также эксплуатации ограниченных экологических ресурсов, способной восстанавливать свои качества за счет круговорота природного вещества, сохранения и превращения энергии.
