Abstract

В статье рассмотрены проблемы формирования государственной лесной политики и построения эколого-экономического механизма устойчивого развития лесного хозяйства Республики Беларусь. В рамках проведенных исследований дано определение сути лесной политики, миссии и стратегической цели развития лесохозяйственных учреждений, на основании которых предлагается совершенствовать основные структурные элементы нового эколого-экономического механизма устойчивого лесопользования: системы планирования, финансирования, ценообразования и лесного налогообложения. Институциональные преобразования в лесном хозяйстве учитывают дальнейшую коммерциализацию лесхозов и предполагают развитие системы экологоориентированного лесного менеджмента.
