Редукция Труда Как Основа Дифференциации Заработной Платы

Abstract

В статье рассмотрена современная трактовка понятия редукции труда, определены проблемы ее осуществления, в частности соизмерения труда различной сложности. Приведено описание форм редукции труда: тарифной системы и грейдинговой формы, а также сопоставление их элементов. Кратко описаны методы оценки сложности труда, рассмотрены их достоинства и недостатки. Суммарные методы предполагают экспертную оценку всей совокупности факторов, характеризующих сложность работы в целом. Аналитические методы более точны и предусматривают расчленение процесса труда на отдельные рабочие функции; сопоставление сложности работ по этим функциям на основе балльной системы. При определении коэффициентов сетки оплаты труда автором предложено использовать экономико-математическое моделирование, в частности модель оптимизации посредством симплекс-метода.
