Концептуальные Основы Структурных Преобразований В Лесопромышленном Комплексе Беларуси

Abstract

Одним из важнейших условий роста эффективности производства является повышение уровня сбалансированности и обеспечение пропорциональности развития отдельных подсистем. Концепция структурных преобразований в лесопромышленном комплексе Беларуси основывается на развитии комплексной переработки древесины. Государственное регулирование в этом отношении является важнейшей составляющей политики структурных преобразований в ЛПК. Государственное регулирование лесопромышленного комплекса должно заключаться в определении направлений и стратегии развития отрасли. Целью государственного регулирования вопросов преобразования лесопромышленного комплекса является решение задач, которые выходят за рамки отдельного предприятия, и координация действий субъектов хозяйствования в направлении повышения эффективности деятельности ЛПК. В статье предложена система мероприятий по повышению эффективности работы ЛПК.
