Российский Опыт Разработки Внутрифирменных Тарифных Систем Оплаты Труда

Abstract

В статье рассмотрен опыт российских предприятий в части организации внутрифирменной оплаты труда. Предприятиям в России предоставлено право самостоятельно выбирать формы и системы заработной платы и формировать эффективную политику организации оплаты труда. При этом предприятия имеют возможность использовать Единую тарифную систему оплаты труда, разработанную на государственном уровне, могут ее модифицировать либо разработать собственную исходя из финансовых возможностей и особенностей деятельности. Особое место в статье уделено описанию системы грейдинга как универсальной методики построения тарифной сетки на основе проранжированных должностей путем разделения сотрудников на грейды, под которыми подразумеваются группы с различной величиной заработной платы. Рассмотрены основные вопросы проектирования такой системы оплаты труда и ее актуализации.
