Экологическая Сфера Республики Беларусь: Понятие, Структура, Инвестиционная Привлекательность

Abstract

В данной статье рассмотрена категория «экологическая сфера», ее появление, сущность и различные трактовки. Изложены подходы к структуризации экологической сферы и предложен авторский подход с обособлением собственно экологической сферы, сферы экологических услуг и экологической сферы материального производства. Рассмотрена взаимосвязь таких категорий, как инвестиционная привлекательность экологической сферы, инвестиционный климат, инвестиционная активность, инвестиционный потенциал, инвестиционные риски. Изучены подходы к оценке инвестиционной привлекательности экологического региона или отдельно взятой отрасли. Отмечен факт формирования предпосылок и механизма для более активного привлечения инвестиций, в том числе международных, в экологическую сферу Республики Беларусь
