Abstract

В статье представлены возможности и направления использования стратегического подхода к управлению инновационной деятельностью предприятия. Предложено выделять инновационную стратегию как одну из функциональных и увязывать ее с базовой стратегией развития организации, превращая внедрение инноваций в инструмент достижения целей. В работе также выделены группы факторов, влияющих на инновационную деятельность предприятия и рассмотрена возможность их изменения на макро-, мезои микроуровнях управления. Рассмотрено влияние изменения факторов на эффективность инновационной деятельности предприятия.
