Abstract

Основываясь на зарубежном и отечественном опыте, авторы статьи предлагают стратегию stage-by-stage реформы организации и управления лесным хозяйством Беларуси. Проблемы реформирования лесного сектора необходимо решить комплексным путем, с учетом интересов смежных отраслей экономики. Главный недостаток существующей институциональной модели белорусского лесного хозяйства это неспособность обеспечить сильные стимулы для эффективного использования и перераспределения ресурсов.In article authors on the grounds of analysis international and domestic experience offered the strategy of stage-by-stage reform of forestry organization and management in Belarus. Problems of forest sector reforming are necessary to solve by the complex way with provision of interest of the adjacent branches of the economy. The main shortcoming of the present institutional model of Belarusian forestry is inability to provide strong stimuli for efficient use and reallocation of resources.
