Стратегическое Планирование Лесохозяйственного Производства

Abstract

В статье представлен анализ проблем развития лесного хозяйства, на основании которого выделены принципы стратегического планирования деятельности лесохозяйственных учреждений. Проведенные исследования показывают, что при существующих методах планирования в ближайшей перспективе в лесном хозяйстве отсутствуют возможности для перехода на самофинансирование. В связи с сокращением сельского населения появляется новая стратегическая проблема кадрового обеспечения отрасли в будущем. В статье предложены определенные подходы к формированию системы стратегического планирования деятельности лесохозяйственных учреждений, позволяющие повысить доходность лесного хозяйства и обеспечить адаптацию лесного бизнеса к изменяющимся условиям на внутреннем и внешнем рынках.
