Организация Тарифной Оплаты Труда На Предприятиях Промышленности Строительных Материалов

Abstract

В статье рассмотрена практика использования элементов тарифной организации оплаты труда, таких как нормирование труда, тарифная система, механизм доплат и надбавок; формы и системы заработной платы, на примере одной из отраслей промышленности строительных материалов. Особое место в статье уделено анализу дифференциации уровня тарифной ставки первого разряда на предприятиях исследуемой отрасли, который показал, что большинство предприятий промышленности строительных материалов имеют финансовый потенциал для перехода к иным условиям организации тарифной заработной платы, однако они вынуждены совершенствовать ее лишь путем изменения тарифной ставки первого разряда. Рассмотрены возможности повышения тарифных ставок с учетом существующих нормативно-законодательных документов. Итогом исследования является общая оценка тарифной организации оплаты труда в отрасли, на основе которой даны предложения по совершенствованию организации оплаты труда на предприятиях. В качестве перспективного направления совершенствования предлагается перейти на отраслевые тарифные системы оплаты труда, учитывающие специфику отраслей промышленности.
