Государственная Политика Организации Оплаты Труда В Республике Беларусь

Abstract

В статье рассмотрены изменения, произошедшие за последнее время в государственной политике Республики Беларусь в части организации оплаты труда. Приведена нормативно-законодательная база указанных изменений, рассмотрена их сущность. Целью проводимой государственной политики в области оплаты труда является минимизация государственного регулирования и расширение прав нанимателей в части организации оплаты труда. В настоящее время политика организации заработной платы направлена на усиление ее зависимости от результатов деятельности как отдельного работника, так и организации в целом, упрощение расчетов при начислении заработной платы работникам. Организациям негосударственной формы собственности предоставлено больше самостоятельности в выборе форм и систем оплаты труда, тарифного нормирования труда, определения размеров заработной платы, условий и размеров премирования. Ряд нормативных актов для коммерческих организаций имеет рекомендательный характер.
