Мировой Финансово-Экономический Кризис: Основные Причины И Влияние На Рынки Недвижимости

Abstract

В статье приведен анализ причин экономического кризиса и их влияния на рынки недвижимости. Осуществлялось изучение различных подходов к объяснению причин и преодолению кризиса, это помогло найти выход из ситуации. Беларусь должна разработать конкретные меры «антикризисной модернизации», чтобы начать реструктурирование экономики на базе реиндустриализации. Строительство и рынок недвижимости Беларуси может способствовать экономической стабилизации экономики как за счет роста совокупного спроса, так и за счет активизации частных инвестиций. Однако необходимы специальные меры, такие как развитие конкурентных механизмов, разделение и финансирование рынка и частной собственности. Только последовательные шаги государства в этих направлениях позволят ускорить экономическую стабилизацию.
