Abstract

В статье рассмотрены вопросы использования современных методов управления промышленными предприятиями, основанные на внедрении и функционировании маркетинго-логистических информационных систем. Данные системы позволяют согласовывать деятельность различных подразделений предприятия, повышать эффективность взаимодействия маркетинга и логистики и обеспечивать единый процесс функционирования всех подсистем. Реализация предложенного внедрения и использования маркетинго-логистических систем в рамках общей концепции управления предприятием позволяет спроецировать стратегические цели предприятия в отношении маркетинговой и логистической деятельности, повысить уровень взаимодействия между всеми отделами предприятия, а также ускорить процессы, связанные с перемещением производственной продукции.
