Abstract

В статье мы покажем наиболее важные области знания для тех, кто собирается профессионально проводить исследования рынка недвижимости. Приведенный обзор литературы посвящен этой области и создан для того, чтобы повысить эффективность управления недвижимостью, или может служить основой для создания новых исследовательских и образовательных программ.In this article, we show the most important areas of knowledge for those who are going to act professionally in the market. Used in the paper the literature reviews devoted to this area, and it was created in order, to improve existing training programs dedicated to real estate management, or it can serve as a basis for the creation of new programs.
