Abstract

В данной статье рассматриваются практические вопросы организации расчетов между поставщиками и потребителями древесного топлива в Республике Беларусь. Изложена методика определения стоимости поставляемого на энергетические объекты древесного топлива с учетом его влажности и плотности. Даны рекомендации по совершенствованию системы ценообразования на древесное топливо с учетом зарубежного опыта. Рассмотрено влияние физико-химических и теплотехнических свойств древесного топлива на его стоимость в условном выражении. Разработаны мероприятия по повышению эффективности работы поставщиков и потребителей древесного топлива, направленные на оптимизацию сроков и совершенствование способов хранения древесного топлива, предотвращение попадания в него атмосферных осадков и внешних минеральных включений. Кроме того, предложен комплекс мероприятий, направленных на дальнейшее успешное развитие биоэнергетики в Республике Беларусь.
