Abstract

В работе охарактеризованы содержание инноваций в современных условиях и основные элементы механизма повышения эффективности инновационной деятельности предприятия. Раскрыто содержание и значение трех важнейших блоков механизма повышения эффективности инновационной деятельности, включая экономические, управленческие и правовые инструменты. Предложен алгоритм оценки эффективности инновационных проектов, являющийся одним из важнейших элементов представленного механизма. В статье проведен сравнительный анализ трех групп методов оценки инновационных проектов, указаны их преимущества и недостатки.
