Abstract

Процесс формирования эколого-экономической политики так или иначе находится в неразрывном единстве с политическим устройством и социальными целями государства, необходимостью решения первоочередных проблем. В отношении Республики Беларусь это проблема энергообеспечения и энергосбережения, проблема формирования топливно-энергетического баланса страны. В данном контексте содержание эколого-экономической политики определяет концепция «экологических ограничений экономического роста». Но для того чтобы эколого-экономическая политика как идеологическая платформа государственного строительства стала реальностью и имела механизм своей реализации, необходимо формирование ее мотивационных отношений, выражающих экономические интересы экологического императива человеческого развития.
