Abstract

В статье ставится задача разработать методологические основы оценки эффективности международных интеграционных процессов на уровне компаний. Для этого уточнен соответствующий понятийный аппарат, сформулирован концептуальный подход к комплексной оценке эффективности международных интеграционных процессов, основанный на понятии синергетического эффекта, при определении которого учитываются практически все факторы, ранее рассматриваемые как независимые. Для выявления ключевых составляющих синергетического эффекта в статье представлена разработанная авторами когнитивная карта, отражающая эту проблемную область.
