Российские Университеты На Мировом Рынке Образовательных Услуг: Тактика И Стратегия

Abstract

В данной статье анализируется позиция России и российских вузов на мировом рынке образовательных услуг, на котором наблюдается ослабление позиций таких традиционных лидеров рынка, как США и Великобритания. Это связано с выходом на мировой рынок новых игроков, в частности России. Статья анализирует основные методы, используемые российскими вузами для выхода на внешние рынки. Стратегии российских вузов, помимо участия в программах обмена и совместных образовательных программах, включают и создание зарубежных филиалов и формирования совместных вузов за рубежом. Слабо используется российскими вузами потенциал дистанционного образования в привлечении иностранных студентов, а другие стратегии, например образовательный франчайзинг, вовсе не используются за рубежом.
