Проблема Эффективности Региональных Интеграционных Проектов В Современной Экономике

Abstract

В данной статье проблема эффективности региональных интеграционных объединений рассмотрена как в ретроспективе научных подходов к данному вопросу, так и с точки зрения современной экономической теории нового регионализма. Рассмотрены причины и условия, делающие интеграционные объединения и соглашения эффективными с точки зрения текущей ситуации и перспектив развития мировой экономики и политической системы. Привлекательность того или иного объединения с точки зрения новых участников и его перспективы зависят в том числе от фактора наличия политической воли, а также в важнейшей степени от гомогенности государств-членов по степени развития институтов и экономики в целом. В случае значительной разницы барьеры и риски становятся критическими для возможности объединения.
