Abstract

В статье проанализированы современные тенденции социально-экономического развития стран Латинской Америки c точки зрения потенциала продвижения русского языка и образования на русском в рамках выполнения Федеральной целевой программы «Русский язык» в 2011-2015 гг. Доказано, что в современных сложных геополитических и экономических условиях Латинская Америка остается традиционным партнером России, при этом взаимное сотрудничество, в том числе в сфере образования, расширяется. В работе с использованием методики многопризнаковой классификации выявлены ключевые страны для продвижения русского языка и образования на русском. Определены основные факторы, способствующие достижению поставленных целей с максимальной эффективностью или, напротив, оказывающие сдерживающее влияние и создающие риски.
