Организационные Особенности Трансферта Технологий: Зарубежный Опыт

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются особенности развития системы трансферта технологий в различных странах, их ключевые характеристики. Раскрываются особенности организации инновационного процесса, трансферта технологий, а также инструменты, способствующие высокой конкурентоспособности производимой продукции и активному инновационному развитию ряда стран, занимающих ведущие позиции по данным глобального инновационного индекса. На основе проведенного сравнительного анализа делается вывод о необходимости формирования организационной системы, ориентированной на обеспечение процесса получения, реализацию и распространение результатов научных исследований и разработок с привлечением всех участников инновационного процесса государства, науки, сферы образования, бизнеса.
