Abstract

В статье изучается французский и российский опыт внедрения рыночных механизмов в секторы здравоохранения двух стран. На основе сравнительного анализа описывается ситуация в секторе здравоохранения Франции и России в начале 1990-х гг., затем выявляются основные причины внедрения рыночных механизмов для улучшения эффективности систем здравоохранения и оцениваются результаты реформ. Излагаются способы повышения эффективности систем здравоохранении, которые могут быть применены как в России, так и во Франции.
