Abstract

Статья посвящена одному из наиболее важных аспектов укрепления продовольственной безопасности России оценке государственных мер по развитию сельского хозяйства. В ней охарактеризованы основные современные особенности угрозы продовольственной безопасности и проблемы развития сельского хозяйства РФ. Проанализировано развитие сельского хозяйства и овощеводства страны в 1990-2012 гг., выделены регионы России с его наиболее качественным развитием. Охарактеризовано государственное регулирование развития сельского хозяйства на федеральном и овощеводства на региональном уровне, осуществляемое преимущественно программным методом. На основе сравнения успешного опыта развития овощеводства в отдельных субъектах Федерации (Волгоградской и Астраханской областях) выявлены наиболее эффективные меры прямого и косвенного воздействия на его развитие.
