Abstract

В публикации рассматривается ретроспектива и современное состояние научно-практического подхода к внешнеэкономической деятельности в сфере нетрадиционного бизнеса на примере филателии. История филателии связана с реформированием почтовой связи в середине XIX столетия и совпадает с началом формирования мирового рынка. Особое внимание в публикации уделено обоснованию необходимости серьезных теоретических исследований в данном направлении на основе формирования кафедры ЮНЕСКО в сфере международных коммуникационных изысканий.
