Исследование Взаимосвязи Дивидендных Выплат И Рыночной Стоимости Предприятия

Abstract

В статье дано определение рыночной стоимости предприятия двумя способами: рыночной капитализации и методом стоимости чистых активов. При помощи коэффициента корреляции изучена взаимосвязь рыночной стоимости предприятия с коэффициентами, характеризующими дивидендную политику компании: коэффициентом отношения дивидендных выплат к активам компании, коэффициентом выплаты дивидендов, коэффициентом дивидендной доходности; в ходе исследования значения коэффициента корреляции колебались в диапазоне от 0,75 до 0,89, что говорит о тесной взаимосвязи исследуемых показателей. Результат анализа проверялся на основе проведения корреляционного анализа между стоимостью акций по модели М. Гордона и рыночной стоимостью акций, где коэффициент корреляции составил 0,79.
