О Механизме Стабилизации Деятельности Оао «Россельхозбанк» И Оценке Его Эффективности В Условиях Финансового Кризиса

Abstract

Цель статьи — оценка эффективности механизма стабилизации деятельности ОАО «Россельхозбанк» в период финансового кризиса. В работе применена математически обоснованная авторская методика оценки эффективности основных мер, принятых Правительством РФ и Банком России в условиях нестабильности, основанная на аппроксимации функций многочленами. Проведенные расчеты показывают, что меры по стабилизации деятельности Россельхозбанка в целом оказались эффективными по отношению к следующим показателям: коэффициенту качества активов, нормативу текущей ликвидности и размеру чистой прибыли. Однако при этом их можно считать неэффективными относительно норматива достаточности собственного капитала.
