Основные Тенденции Развития Варшавской Фондовой Биржи В Посткризисный Период

Abstract

Определены факторы привлекательности региональных фондовых бирж для эмитентов на примере одной из самых быстро развивающейся биржи Европы — Варшавской фондовой биржи (ВФБ). Определена значительная роль региональных площадок на глобальном фондовом рынке. За всю свою историю ВФБ улучшала свои основные показатели: количество зарегистрированных компаний и их капитализация, доли инвесторов и торговый оборот; достигнуты высокие показатели движения биржевых индексов. ВФБ в течение последних двух лет занимает лидирующие позиции в Центральной и Восточной Европе. ВФБ, будучи региональной площадкой, более выраженно реагирует на изменения в мировой экономике, чем глобальные биржи. Предпочтения инвесторов и эмитентов ВФБ, которые воспринимают ее именно как региональную фондовую биржу, во многом обусловлены возможностями и условиями, которые она предоставляет.
